Our manufacturing base has introduced 70 sets of advance ASM full-automatic LED Die Bonders and 56 sets ASM (Automatic Wire Bonder) from the U.S, 136 sets of spectrometric machines and 12 automatic sealing lines from Taiwan.
This enables us to produce 200kk top quality LED components every month. We also use

Our workshops are equipped with both leaded/Lead -free Wave soldering ovens, reflow ovens, automatic surface mounting machines and other top level machines.
